How do I begin?
Our Hemp Extract can be ingested or applied topically. For best results, we like dropping the oil directly under our tongue and holding it there for about 30-60 seconds before swallowing, allowing it time to be absorbed.
We typically encourage you to start with .25mL as shown on the dropper, 1x in the morning, an hour before eating. Repeat again at night before going to bed. Increase as needed, with .25mL at a time to see what dosage generates the best results for you. Repeat as desired.
Everyone's body responds to CBD a little differently, so some initial experimentation will help you find that sweet spot for your individual needs. The key is to stay consistent and allow it to build up a bit.
When should I take It?
We recommend taking it daily. Depending on individual needs or preferences, some customers take a dose first-thing to ease morning stress, others take it midday to maintain focus at work or reduce pain / soreness from a workout, some take it before bed to improve sleep, while others spread the dose throughout the day to help with more ongoing, or chronic, issues and discomfort.
